Position Details:

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available

Pay Rate: $15.50/hr (plus 10% differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow assembly procedures and visual aid instructions to ensure accurate assembly of circuit board components.

• Verify the integrity of materials based on assembly procedures and visual aid instructions.

• Assemble various components such as resistors, capacitors, connectors, and sockets onto specified locations on printed circuit boards.

• Pre-form component leads according to IPC standards, assembly procedures, and visual aid instructions.

• Wash printed circuit boards to maintain cleanliness and quality standards.

• Perform thorough self-inspections to ensure precise placement accuracy and completeness of work.

• Adhere to ISO and job-specific procedures to maintain high-quality standards.

• Identify and report any defective components during the assembly process.

• Carry out pack-out operations as required, ensuring accurate and organized completion.

• Maintain the accuracy of work-in-process associated with the assigned work cell.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent education.

• Technical training is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.

• Ability to follow mechanical and electrical drawings.

• Basic mechanical assembly knowledge.

• Capable of performing job functions utilizing written procedures, verbal instructions, and visual aids.

• Good organizational skills.

• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a lean team environment.
