About the Role:

An opportunity has arisen for a Trainee position to join our Front Office Department in Jumeirah Port Soller Hotel & Spa.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

To ensure all guests are given a personalised, warm, friendly, courteous and efficient service at all times. Besides, warrant smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office. Be warrant of smooth and efficient daily operation of the Reception Desk, guaranteeing that all hotel guests and visitors receive an optimum level of service and care at all times.

  • All individual personalised check ins and check outs of guests.

  • Liaising with guests for all general enquiries

  • To assist Other Hotel Front office Operation whenever required.

  • To assist department objective in order to achieve targets (Up selling etc.)

  • To be ready to work willingly to any assignment given.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Qualification

  • Studies related to hospitality Experience

  • Hospitality or guest service experience will be a strength.

Skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Pleasing personality with a good attitude

  • Knowledge about IT and PMS System, preferably Opera

  • Open minded and flexible
