Role description

The opportunity

We are searching for an experienced Inside Sales Client Partner for EMEA Games and Entertainment to help drive business & success within our gaming & entertainment customers as well as to find new prospective customers in territory. In this role, you will use data driven insights to identify which Unity customers have a need for Unity products to support the creation of their games and products, effectively providing further value to our customers with products designed to work together.

Reporting to the Senior Manager for EMEA Games and Entertainment Client Partner Group, you will work in EMEA Entertainment Sales organization at Unity, working autonomously and collaborating closely with key internal and external contributors to help deliver and implement sales strategies. You will help us drive revenue, exceed quarterly sales quota and contribute to expand our footprint within this key market.

Responsible for sales revenue targets, results-oriented, adaptable and driven.

What you’ll be doing

  • Selling to, developing & maintaining Unity customers in the mid market space across EMEA, leveraging data insights from customer product usage and behaviors

  • Develops and is responsible for accounts via telephone, e-mail, web interaction, and building relationships with current and prospective customers

  • Completing the full sales process from identifying, through to closing within new & existing customer accounts & opportunities with a focus on expansion

  • Establishing business relationships within existing & new client gaming studios that need Unity's expertise

  • Creatively thinking and implementing our sales strategy across Gaming, Media & Entertainment sectors

  • Developing outbound lead generation sequences within your assigned accounts

  • Dealing with new business inbound leads

What were looking for

  • Extensive Inside-sales experience with some field direct sales/business development in SaaS & technology licensing

  • Experience in the game, media or entertainment industries with a good network or knowledge of the Entertainment industry

  • Experience in high velocity sales, managing multiple pipeline streams, SLAs and processes

  • Proven track record to identify, structure, develop, and complete strategic agreements as well as meeting or exceeding individual quarterly ACV/ Revenue targets

  • Comfortable representing a technology company, balancing internal needs, and working across the C-suite, engineering, or other technical staff to build solutions

  • Solution Selling attitude: Ability to identify a problem or opportunity of game projects development or production, and associate them with Unity’s products and services

You might also have

  • Game Development expertise (not required but very encouraged!)

  • Expertise in strategic selling structures, contract negotiation, deal closing, pipeline management, forecasting, and account planning

  • Experience working with a major Sales Methodology - MEDDPICC
