Job Description

Danfoss Mexico is looking for a Central Vendor Master Administrator for our plant in Apodaca. CVM administrator is responsible for creation and maintainance accurate data across all SAP and non-SAP systems, work across a variety of systems, liaise with various teams from all Danfoss locations to keep vendor data in high quality and ensure data governance as well as support the procurement organizations globaly.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• End to end responsibility for vendor creation, extension and changes in Vendor master data in MDG or SAP systems based on the service requests. This includes all types of data in responsibility of CVMT team.

• End to end responsibility for Company Code and Bank master data

• End to end responsibility for handling service requests and different type of incidents.

• Data validation. Ensurance of the data quality and integrity, ongoing support the data cleansing and data enrichment activities. Deletion of inactive suppliers.

• Daily support on running automation solutions within the vendor master area, handling of errors.

• Support trainings for CVMT and assist stakeholders from different departments. Keep the documentation up to date.

• Ensurance of data governance in procurement processes (direct, indirect, Sourcing comitee, PMT approvals, IK approvals etc.)

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Business degree in Administration, Data Analisys, Engineering.

• 1-2 years experience

• Experience with multinational companies and SAP is required.

• SAP vendor master data on all levels including processes related to vendor master in all source systems

• Master data governance system

• For handling service requests and incidents

• Knowledge of business tools and processes related to the tasks and responsibilities, especially procurement and finance related.

• For handling service requests in DPS

• Especially MS excel

• Orbis, BVD, D&B, VIES, tax verification for specific countries etc.
